Tenders and grants
We offer our customers advice on assessing the possibilities of obtaining regional, national and European grants, as we have already done for slab transport and multimodal transport (e.g. the so-called Ferro Bonus).

Data connection
The digitalisation process we have undertaken provides our customers with a higher level of service, offering them the possibility to interact with our IT systems to obtain direct data flows on the stages of their transport.

Radiometric control
Through our partners, we provide radiometric control services in border areas (Villach-Tarvisio, Nova Gorica-Gorizia and Sežana-Villa Opicina), at the ports of Monfalcone and Porto Nogaro and at other destinations on request.

Customs
We offer support to our customers through assistance with customs operations when goods enter EU countries, both at ports and at borders (e.g. at the Croatian-Bosnian border).

Warehouse
We identify facilities in Italy and abroad that can handle the loading/unloading of goods in the case of transport involving customers and suppliers without rail connections.

European electronic invoicing
As part of the digitisation process, we have already adapted our IT systems to comply with European electronic invoicing specifications.
